INITIATIVE GAMES
A typical experience begins with initiative games. While these grass games are usually used to break the ice and help individuals feel comfortable with unknowns of the day, they are also a ton of fun and can teach valuable lessons.
LOW ELEMENTS
Low elements utilize a built structure, unlike initiative games, and are usually just a couple feet off the ground. Low elements can be used as a fun activity or to unpack a variety of learning and discussion topics.
HIGH ELEMENTS
These are what most people think of when it comes to ropes courses. Up 20+ feet off the ground, adrenaline pumping, fear inducing challenges. High elements are a blast as well as an excellent way to push oneself in a safe way.
